If Venusaur & Snivy- GX is your Active Pokmon, its Shining Vine Ability allows you to pull one of your opponent's Pokmon off the Bench and into battle when you attach a Grass Energy to the mean, green TAG TEAM

Opened them up and the cards look very odd and fake on first glance, a lot of arts from previous sets, but they do have the small pokemon logo on the bottom, seen very high quality, have the right copyright texts and the box looks good as well (found one on ebay)

While it's not unusual to have to pay three Tribute to bring a Synchro, Xyz or Link Summon monster into play, those monsters are in the Extra deck, not the main deck
